Quality Management

Quality Management (QM) includes all measures required to ensure the quality of our products and their ongoing improvement. The aim of our quality management system (QMS) is to guarantee that every MGV product is received by customers in the specified and desired quality.

This system is applied to all activities influencing quality and to quality-related interaction between individual departments.

Processes and documentation

Based on a Quality Control Manual, the QMS describes the general and specific processes, responsibilities, competencies and powers required to

  • effectively achieve quality control targets
  • co-ordinate the necessary activities and
  • initiate measures to ensure quality standards.

These include

  • reviewing and modifying processes within the scope of internal audits
  • supplier quality assurance
  • quality control agreements
  • realising optimisation potential identified during external audits and approval procedures.
