Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals

REACh Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006:
REACh has been in force since 1 June 2007 and, as an EC regulation, immediately became applicable law in all EU countries.
Based on the definitions of the REACh Regulation, MGV Stromversorgungen GmbH is a „downstream user“ and duly complies with the obligations this entails. At the present time, the concentration of substances of very high concern (SVHC) lies below 0.1 mass percent per article.
