Based on a Quality Control Manual, the QMS describes the general and specific processes, responsibilities, competencies and powers required to
- effectively achieve quality control targets
- co-ordinate the necessary activities and
- initiate measures to ensure quality standards.
These include
- reviewing and modifying processes within the scope of internal audits
- supplier quality assurance
- quality control agreements
- realising optimisation potential identified during external audits and approval procedures.
